Mint Lightly Hinged

Scott # C34 - C36

In 1954, France issued a set of three stamps depicting state-of-the-art aircraft being manufactured in France at the time. Under Charles de Gaulle, France was supporting a large defense industry and a strong military, to assure the Frech people that there would not be a repeat of a foreign invasion susch as the one suffered by France during World War II. The stamp shown depicts the Alouette Helicopter, which was one of the most advanced helicopters produced worldwide at that time.

1998 Scott lists this set in never hinged condition for $101.00. We are asking just US $40.00 for this lightly hinged set. You will automatically receive a discount of at least 10% on this set.
